Redundant Definition of Mastication

Is defining the word mastication in parenthesis really necessary? It seems rather redundant to me.

Is the McDLT notable enough to have its own article?

...or should it be merged with the main article/another more appropriate article? I haven't found a list of McDonald's items article-perhaps it was deleted because of WP:OR? I'm a blind asshole. Failure IS relevance

The article does not mention what seems to be one of the main reasons the McD.L.T. is still relevant: it is remembered as a failed McDonald's product, as an impractical and overcomplicated idea. The article only says that it was discontinued over concerns about its packaging, leaving out much of what those sources say. Search engine indexing

This page doesn't seem to be indexed by search engines. My understanding is new pages are indexed after 90 days of creation. The McD.L.T. page was created recently (<90 days), but now it redirects to the McDLT page, which has existed for a while and was recently undeleted. So I thought the McDLT page should be indexed, but it doesn't seem to show up on Google for me. @3df or @Pppery -- you've both helped tweak this page recently, do you have any idea? Nothing I did should have any impact on the indexing status of the article -- the 90-day clock continues to run from the time it was recreated on July 21. And the correct way of thinking about it is that new pages are indexed when they go through WP:NPP and 90 days is a failsafe that should never be triggered but unfortunately is. * Pppery * _{in solidarity} 04:42, 6 August 2026 (UTC)
