All videos are presently gone (from their youtube channel); nothing appears to have been said by them. Or at the least not on english speaking channels.

People speculate about this. My personal theory is that they were hit with copyright claims and/or a law suit, but this is purely speculation. I think a new paragraph is warranted that may eventually explain what happened. Right now we are in the dark about this, or at the least most of us are. The original members have made an announcement on a new Instagram channel (https://www.instagram.com/maytree4u/) In essence, they explain that the company and the group's leader tried to force them into a worse contract, then terminated them, and have since been using the MayTree name without their consent — taking down their videos and rebranding the channel as "Generation 3" / "Season 2" with new members.
