This is not Jim Palmer's adoptive father. See this article LINK where Jim's stepfather Max is still alive in 1995 at age 87. Also notice that Jim's adoptive mother was named Polly — and the woman Max Palmer of the article married was named Betty. Dmcw127 (talk) 01:03, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
