Should we even mention his second retirement in the "years active" part of the infobox?

I'm going to personally change it to "2000-2009" and "2012-present" because his first retirement sorta makes sense, he quit because he was pursuing other goals. But his second retirement was very short-lived, with The You Testament 2D coming out in 2018, and then he resumed making video games in 2019. That's a year, perhaps not even a full one. That retirement should be disregarded almost entirely, with maybe a few mentions in the page itself. I'm making this change but if anybody wants to contest it, I'm free to debate it here.
