Clarity of Instruction Set table

[edit]

I can't help but find the way the table of instructions is outlined a bit on the confusing side. I mean for example the way Mano's Computer system Architecture textbook does it does a better job at showing the leading nybble's hexadecimal representation for direct addressing vs indirect addressing. For example, if you have an ADD, in hex the leftmost nybble [4 bits] is a 1 in direct addressing, a 9 in indirect addressing... a BUN instruction's leftmost nybble is either a 4 in direct addressing, or a C in indirect addressing... and so on and so forth. At this time, I'd rather drag around my copy of Mano's Computer System Architecture textbook. >_<

I'm getting to work on a replacement table that, while not a blatant copy of the table in the textbook, contains the information in what is, IMO of course, a much clearer layout.
