Kanniyakumari or Kanyakumari

It appears the district is popularly known as Kanyakumari, but is officially Kanniyakumari. For example, this map has title "Kanyakumari District Map" but the name overlaid on the map is "KANNIYAKUMARI". Accordingly, I have reverted these two edits which attempted to add a category that does not exist. The current category (Category:Villages in Kanniyakumari district) is used in several other articles and I do not think that renaming the category is worthwhile because Wikipedia tends to use the official name in article titles and categories.
