The cited source for Manfred Weber's vote against the resolution condemning conversion therapy links to a Wayback Machine archive. The website archived has broken JSON formatting and the actual data on Manfred Weber's voting record is inaccessible. The website also no longer exists more generally.

I have spent the last 3 and a half hours of searching and have been unable to locate a new source for Manfred Weber's 2018 voting record or more generally for his stance on conversion therapy.
