Overall: Article is new enough, long enough. Appears neutral, with no copyvio issues detected by the tool or my spotcheck. As someone who regularly travelled Yogyakarta–Surakarta, I have qualms with the hook, however. I think it is very important to note that this is a self-description; being born in 1945, he would have reached the age of majority before TVRI broadcast American films (or, for that matter, before TVRI broadcast much). Given that cinemas were concentrated in the cities, he would have had to have viewed American films in Surakarta, likely with a chaperone. Between that and the fact that the Yogya-Klaten-Surakarta route is heavily developed, I'm not sure this hook fact remains true even if it was at the time it was mentioned. @Chris Woodrich: Appreciate your concerns regarding this matter. Actually I too have some personal reservations, as there's also some disreparancies between the chronology of his life in the news article and his UN CV. In that case I'm proposing several alternative hooks that might be to your liking:
