Aircraft

[edit]

Aircraft maintainability is sometimes expressed in terms of the maintenance time per unit of operating time, in particular, as maintenance man hours per flight hour (MMH/FH). 70.250.190.30 (talk) 00:40, 19 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Definition of Maintainability

[edit]

Technically, "isolating and correcting defects" and some other stuff in the article is not Maintainability, unless associated with a program for Repair-ability. I could argue that good Maintainability is preventative (not corrective) in nature, designed with the intention to improve Operability, or increase Reliability. So, I believe this article "needs work". Not a bad start though but the "-illities" need some clarification. --97.95.38.108 (talk) 02:43, 21 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
