Pronunciation

How is Magdalene (in the non-Cambridge sense) pronounced? Is it really maG-dalane? Or mad-alin? Or does it vary by locale and situation?

In Ireland anyway, the 'g' is pronounced - so its pronounced as its spelled. Bastun^{BaStun not BaTsun} 23:24, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
