Heimlich was charged as a juvenile and as such there was never a guilty plea, a conviction, or a felony. In Juvenile court even if you agree you are guilty you are only found culpable and are then subject to adjudication upon which you have entered a disposition. While synonymous with the terms guilty, conviction and sentence, the terminology is different for a reason. It is meant to further assist in allowing children to live normal adult lives who do not re-offend. Some people (fans, I assume) keep removing "convicted child molestor" from the first sentence. This should be kept in. Action needs to be taken against those who keep vandalizing the page by removing it. Nearly every news article about him says in the first sentence or the headline that he's a convicted child molestor. For sportsmen who are also convicted felons, BOTH of these things are mentioned at the top of Wiki articles (i.e. Michael Vick and others) 128.193.154.176 (talk) 01:38, 21 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
