Lead Image

[edit]

I created the following image using AI. I think it should be the page's lead image. I placed it as such, but user The Squirrel Conspiracy reverted it.

What do you think?

AI images are banned on Wikipedia in almost all cases. Please see WP:AIB. The Squirrel Conspiracy (talk) 20:50, 13 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Suppose I have my friend who is a digital artist draw a similar picture by hand and then give it back to me. Then can I use that image? Cerebrality (talk) 20:52, 13 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
I'd give the same feedback you got last time for a different AI cartoon, that a cheerful cartoon doesn't seem appropriate for a serious psychology article. A dream of being a dolphin with a human head also seems quite a strange example to choose. --Belbury (talk) 13:11, 17 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
What sort of lead image would be appropriate for this serious psychology article ? Cerebrality (talk) 13:36, 17 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Techniques

[edit]

I believe that the page is missing a section on lucid dreaming techniques(MILD, WILD, SSILD, etc).

Is this something that you think should be added? If so, I would like to write the section on techniques. MikołajLT (talk) 01:49, 10 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

If you have reliable sources, you can definitely talk about the existence of the most notable lucid dream induction methods, or talk about who popularized them.
If you want to go deeper, you need to tread very carefully, because, you are not allowed to provide step-by-step instructions like a guidebook, see WP:NOTHOWTO Aim551551551 (talk) 05:47, 2 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
