"Rubric"
[edit]I've never heard of an Act of Parliament's long title being referred to as a "rubric", but accept that I may have led a sheltered life. However, I've certainly never seen an official copy of an Act printed with a long title in red, even in the eighteenth century; hence I've inserted the request for a citation. Maybe this was something done with non-official texts...? Andrew Gwilliam (talk) 23:10, 7 June 2011 (UTC).
