While some of these are lifestyle publications, they meet the standards for coverage of niche internet and kink-related topics. Editors are encouraged to continue adding high-quality secondary sources, especially academic or medical sources if available.

Notability

The topic appears to meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines due to significant coverage in reliable, independent sources. If future editors question notability, Google Trends data and sustained yearly press coverage may help establish cultural impact.
