I just noticed that the limit for the free version of the Copernic Desktop Search is actually 25.000 files (see Copernic Search Soultion Comparaison) and not 10.000 files anymore.

EuropePMC would be a good addition

The EuropePMC search covers similar ground to Entrez, and gets feeds from PubMed, but it is sometimes easier to use than PubMed, includes PMC contents within pages, and provides an alternative route if Entrez is blocked/unavailable, and has some additional content.
