This was the initial lift and shift to move the big list to its own page and put it into a much more consistent format.

Citations will need fixing and updating as they have been ignored or wrong from the outset for a long time. Formatting and addition or removal of images may also be required.

Some information was removed like "Kinshasa–Brazzaville" and "Indonesia–Malaysia–Singapore growth triangle" because they are separated by a bodies of water with no land or bridge connecting them. 12Tome (talk) 15:06, 14 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
