Is TT17 a block 2 or 3 aft test tank? Because on its transport stand it says "Booster V3 card" Starship V2 (talk) 18:41, 10 May 2025 (UTC)

The block system is a mess.

Fitting Out

In maritime contexts, like lists of ships, a vessel that has been lauched or fully assembled but not completed is refered to as in "fitting out". I belive this could also be applicable to ships and boosters at Starbase, where the time between final stacking of a vehicle and its first rollout could be considered "fitting out", which would be reflected in the Staus column in the list.
