Game of Thrones Spin-Off?
[edit]Hey everyone, this has been dead in the water for a while, right? Didn't want to remove it in case someone knows something I don't. It says one is in development on the page but I'm pretty sure it's dated. Tredanielsunf (talk) 02:33, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
- The source linked on the page has Casey Bloys saying nothing has been greenlit yet. So I'm thinking it should be removed but would love to hear thoughts. Tredanielsunf (talk) 02:36, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
- Honestly reading the article, I'd be okay with removing it. Bloys doesn't even confirm if it's still in development, just reaffirms that "in development" is not equivalent to a greenlight. Nisf (talk) 13:36, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
- Just to clarify, are you referring to only the "untitled GoT sequel series" or do you include 10,000 Ships and Nine Voyages as well? All three have been in development for some time and currently use the same source. Cheezknight (talk) 14:58, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
- 10,000 Ships is listed separately. I'm aware that one has been in development hell since (correct me if I'm wrong) 2017. I think it's in its third pilot rewrite as of 2024. Still no greenlight. So that's another issue in itself. But I was referring to the sequel series you mentioned. This I am almost certain is dead in the water and has been for quite some time. That is the removal I'm calling for. Tredanielsunf (talk) 16:32, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
- Alright, thanks for clarifying. I am fine with removing it too. Cheezknight (talk) 18:52, 10 July 2026 (UTC)
