On August 25, 2006, user "Earling316" -- who has never contributed to any Wikipedia entry other than this one -- substantially added to the article with breathy, non-encyclopedic prose, way too many pictures of books, and generally turned the article into a puffy publicity piece. Against that background, the piece needs to be re-written so it is more neutral and objective in tone. The information could stay; however, the silly, unobjective "you go girl" slant of the copy should change. --207.69.137.23 01:30, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Earling316 also lifted all the text verbatim from the author's website, which is a copyright violation without any express proof it was done with her permission. Article cleanup and GA

I've been doing some cleanup and believe this article is close to where it could be nominated for WP:GA review.

The main focus of the cleanup was to remove claims that were not supported by WP:RS. Some were WP:SELFPUB claims but we can't use those here. There are some items that need attention:

Find a source for the claim "Her novels have been translated into 25 languages."
Verify the claim that Daddy's Girl appeared in the 2007 Reader's Digest Select Editions Volume 294 - #6. I suspect it was an abridged version of the story.
Review the non-fiction works as all of them might be collections of Chick Wit material. In that case, update the paragraph about Chick Wit.
Add an infobox.
http://scottoline.com/Offers/index.html says that Look Again was named a "Best book of the year" by the Washington Post. This looks useful to add.
