It is confirmed by even the source that was used to claim that Libya no longer has one of the highest human development index (HDI) rankings among countries in Africa" contradicts that claims, as Libya is one of only nine countries in Africa to have a high HDI ranking and ranks sixth among countries in Africa. 137.70.12.59 (talk) 14:58, 13 September 2023 (UTC)
