@JMHamo: I know some admins take A7 pretty liberally, but I'm struggling to see how A7 fits this, so I'm declining speedy deletion. Remember that a "credible claim of significance" is not the same as notability. I've not done a substantial check for sources, but the sources in the article seem a promising start to establishing notability.
