I created this page because it is in the "most requested" list, but frankly kokka only means Sovereign state, so I turned it into a redirect. The Japanese language "Kokka" (国家) page is directly linked to the term "sovereign state" in English, and refers to nothing uniquely Japanese about the term itself that is relevant enough in English to warrant its own page. If anyone cares to disagree, please add to the page and change the redirect, but to delete the page entirely will probably lead to a bunch of dead links on other pages, as Kokka is on the list of top most requested articles about Japan.
