Rewrote Article

[edit]

I completely rewrote the article since the last version was a big mess, needed sources, cleanup and a category. This is my first attempt at such a big edit so forgive me if i made some obvious mistakes Erebus Morgaine (talk) 02:53, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Birthplace error

[edit]

The lede says "born c. 1968 in Matlock, Derbyshire", then the background says "Green was born in Sheffield". They can't both be right.2.28.151.241 (talk) 11:59, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Writer?

[edit]

The opening sentence includes 'writer' but there is nothing to support the claim. 81.147.91.124 (talk) 06:55, 1 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

There is in the sources - reference 4 says that that show was "Created, written and performed by Christopher Green.". That's just one example - I suspect it's the same for most of the radio and theatre work. Please feel free to update the article accordingly. SuzannaQ (talk) 07:46, 27 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Name

[edit]

I moved the page to reflect the subject's name in line with WP:COMMONNAME and WP:DONOHARM. However, for avoidance of confusion and as Green was a public figure under her previous name, some use of that name may be expedient in this article.Battleofalma (talk) 15:03, 10 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

Born and grew up male, became female stage character

[edit]

Somewhere along the line Green decided to become a cross-dresser and adopt female pronouns for his stage act, but there is no mention of this. Looks like a promotional article rather than encyclopaedia material. ~2026-34089-64 (talk) 20:47, 9 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
