The article reads like an endorsement persuading people to visit the library, not an encyclopedia article giving information on the library. I'll try to edit it a bit, but I might not do it perfectly. As such, the template message should not be removed until the article is encyclopedic. MediaKill13 (talk) 05:26, 6 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
