I don't understand why this merits a BLP nor what further is required. Is any of this contentious? Is his membership of the various groups being questioned? If so then shouldn't the pages for those groups also be BLP'd? As far as I can see the only facts which could be questioned are his place and year of birth ... - Keith Sterling is a living person. The article is entirely unsourced other than to a Wiki with lower standards than Wikipedia, which is not acceptable for a biography of a living person. See WP:BLP.--Michig (talk) 07:20, 26 February 2012 (UTC)
