Hard labor for life
[edit]He was sentenced to hard labor for life in 1961, but lived until 1991, or about 89 years old - that seems very old for someone imprisoned in hard labor. Did he actually serve out the sentence, or paroled/pardoned at some point? Green Cardamom (talk) 15:55, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
- The German Wikipedia says he was pardoned for health reasons in 1979 although the statement in unsourced and so doesn't feature here. Keresaspa (talk) 16:23, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
I find it hard to believe that he joined the party after joining the SS. Surely it should be the other way around?2A00:23C4:B658:F601:F05C:DF6B:39F9:F57E (talk) 14:33, 10 July 2025 (UTC)
