I'm not so sure. One is the general concept, and one is a specific national agency. Doesn't seem like a good fit for a merge.--Mojo Hand (talk) 14:03, 3 September 2014 (UTC)

Okay, agree with this, better not merge Cadastre (kadaster) and Kadaster, just maintain separately; first lemma is description in a general sense, the second lemma is describing the national mapping agency/land registry of the Netherlands, Kadaster (in order to distinguish this is written with initial capital) JoeNomi 1961 (talk) 23:05, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
