[edit]according to this article https://www.zeit.de/digital/internet/2022-03/hackerangriff-ukraine-viasat-russland-invasion the hack was a non functional firmware update for the modem. If auto update was disabled everything was fine. 93.242.146.176 (talk) 00:30, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
