The statement that Juanillo revolted "against the cultural oppression of the indigenous population in Florida by the Spanish authorities and the Franciscan missionaries" sounds biased to me.  I am not sure that the Spanish authorities or missionaries saw it that way -- or, maybe, even intended that.  I think, a more balanced statement is required.
