COI edit request: update final paragraph (August 2026)

[edit]

Disclosure: I am Jim Duguid, the subject of this article. I have a conflict of interest and am not editing the article directly. The current final paragraph describes work from 2017/18 and carries a {{citation needed}} tag; the request below replaces it with sourced material and adds a recent theatre credit.

Please change this text:

He currently works from his home studio just outside London. He has been working on releases for 2017/18 with Kiko Bun (Universal), Callum Beattie (3 beat/Universal), Dan Owen (Atlantic Records), Lukas Graham and US newcomer Molly Kestner (Atlantic Records).

To this text:

Duguid works from his studio outside London, writing and producing with both established and emerging artists. He co-wrote "White Trainers" with Olivia Dean and Joe Rubel for Dean's 2019 debut EP OK Love You Bye,[1] and "Change of Heart" with Natalie Imbruglia and Romeo Stodart for Imbruglia's 2021 album Firebird.[2] Other collaborations have included releases with Kiko Bun, Scottish singer-songwriter Callum Beattie, Dan Owen, Lukas Graham and Molly Kate Kestner.

Duguid has also written for the stage. He was one of the contributing composers and lyricists on I Can Die Too, a play with music by Frances Ruffelle, Sally George and Alan Cumming, which received its world première at Pitlochry Festival Theatre from 11 July to 2 August 2026 as part of Cumming's first season as artistic director.[3][4]

And please add two rows to the credits table, matching its existing format: 2019, Olivia Dean, "White Trainers", co-written with Olivia Dean and Joe Rubel; and 2021, Natalie Imbruglia, "Change of Heart", co-written with Natalie Imbruglia and Romeo Stodart. No chart positions for either.

Thank you. JDUGUID-MUSIC (talk) 19:48, 31 August 2026 (UTC) JDUGUID-MUSIC (talk) 19:48, 31 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
