Article is new enough, long enough, and contains no copyright violations. QPQ is done. No other policy issues detected. Hook fact is verifiable to the cited source. My only quibble is that the hook provides no context to who Jaxson is, and I think we do need to say that he is an "Illinois athlete" or a "basketball player" or something to provide some context to the reader about what sort of article they are about to click on.
