This to me doesn't look like a fair overview of the review by Ren Pen Reviews. The line "Yoder commented that several of the main claims of the book are poorly supported by science including the idea that elevated levels of insulin are the primary cause of obesity" was deliberately removed . Recently references were removed from this article claiming that that the articles are not live. Please note that webarchive exists for this purpose. Removing a reference claiming "The cited reference link does not show a profile of Dr. Fung" is not good editing. Anyone can just look on the webarchive to find such information .
