Since 1969 this trend has been repeated 32 of a possible 39 times
Not everybody agrees that this is significant: for example this page quotes more like 67% on the TSX. And this page shows a linear regression that appears to be almost random (R²=0.09) ... the top three Google hits call it "a market myth" and "underperformer". I question whether it is wise to leave this article without a strong disclaimer. Steipe (talk) 21:33, 23 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
