Who is "the latter"?
[edit]The end of the second paragraph reads "He initiated his son as a monk at the age of eight and taught him sacred knowledge in 10 lectures in six months, after which the latter died." Is "the latter" referring to Shayyambhava or to his son? It seems like it should refer to his son, but that seems strange, and I think it should specify the person by name (or just say "his son") instead of "the latter," which is confusing. - His son. The reason he composed the text with 10 chapters is because he knew his son was going to die and he walked to teach him whatever he could within that time. ~2025-37062-26 (talk) 21:35, 28 November 2025 (UTC)
