Hi Col Jacob Griffin. Did you happen to see my reply to your post at the Wikipedia Teahouse. You need to be more specific about the photo you want to upload. Is it something you've found online? Is it something you may have in your collection? You took the photo and when was it taken, etc.? It's going to be hard for others to help you without knowing a little more information because any files uploaded to Wikipedia have to comply with Wikipedia:Copyrights, in particular Guidelines for images and other media files.
Finally, one last point is that the article you created is not really "your article" per se. The content we create and edit is not owned by us and we do not have any particular final editorial control over it. This is a common mistake made by new editors, so understanding that any article can be edited by anyone at anytime from anywhere in the world is an important part of understanding Wikipedia. Everyone is free to edit as long as their edits are in accordance with Wikipedia's various policies and guidelines. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:55, 28 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
