Description of suggested change: Put either commas or M dashes (—) before and after "in contravention of international law" in the intro. Change "exploit the region's natural resources at its Palestinian inhabitants' expense." to "...exploit the region's natural resources at the expense of its Palestinian inhabitants." These are minor alterations that I feel improve readability and sentence flow. OrdinaryOtter (talk) 13:16, 22 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Description of suggested change:

I (Smadar Ben-Natan) am referred to in this entry as "B'tselem Director", while I was never the director of B'tselem (Human Rights NGO). The director of B'tselem in the relevant period was Hagai El-Ad. The reference to my publication, "The Apartheid Reports" is correct, I am asking to change only the mistaken title of me as B'tselem director.

Google AI summary

When I search for Israeli apartheid on Google, the first result is this article, followed by this AI-generated summary (based solely on Wikipedia)

"According to Wikipedia, Israeli apartheid refers to allegations that Israel operates a system of institutionalized segregation and discrimination against Palestinians in the occupied territories and, to a lesser extent, within Israel proper. This claim, often supported by human rights groups and some international officials, is heavily disputed, with opponents arguing it is a misapplication of the term and arguing that Israeli policies are based on security needs rather than racial discrimination."

Is this a mischaracterization of what the article states? Yacàwotçã (talk) 03:34, 1 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Description of suggested change: The page refers to coloured South Africans twice while referencing Adam and Moodley. The correct spelling is coloured, with a u; as it is a South African term. Also, these are quotations and Adam and Moodley spell the term with a u; in the cited sources.

Description of suggested change: Correction to book in the series. As an aside the source might not be the most reliable and/or a better source could probably be used in it's place.

Ban or resitrict editors

User Bluethricecreamman deleted all of the edits I made to this article, plainly admitting they did so simply because they disagree with them. All of my edits were neutral, factual and verifiable by multiple sources. This person clearly states on their userpage "This user supports one democratic state in historic Palestine, from the river to the sea" showing a very strong indication that they are incapable of writing/editing about this topic without making it into an opinion piece rather than an objective article. Either people with such an obvious political bias need to be restricted from editing or this article should be deleted completely. Rpotance (talk) 02:34, 7 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

Article talk page is often the wrong place to write out concerns complaining about overall user conduct, its better for WP:FOC or to try to hash out substantive disagreements on the article, i think. WP:ANI, WP:AN, WP:AN/EW or WP:AE are suitable noticeboards for filing various conduct reports though id advise that such reports always carry risk of WP:BOOMERANG.
ive sent the requisite WP:CTOP alert regarding the topic area. I will not respond to further comments regarding my “need to be restricted from editing” otherwise. User:Bluethricecreamman (Talk·Contribs) 03:00, 7 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
