External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified 2 external links on Isotopes of iridium. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20080923135135/http://www.nndc.bnl.gov/amdc/nubase/Nubase2003.pdf to http://www.nndc.bnl.gov/amdc/nubase/Nubase2003.pdf

Possible bound-state β- decay of 193Ir
[edit]Should it be noted, according to this article , that 193Ir is predicted to undergo bound-state β- decay (which has not been observed)? 129.104.241.214 (talk) 00:22, 10 October 2023 (UTC)
Alpha half-life of 191Ir
[edit]According to , 191Ir should have an alpha decay half-life at the order of 1028 years, so there is basically no chance to observe its decay. Among three odd Z elements Eu, Ir and Tl with two beta-stable isotopes in the sixth period, only the lighter isotope of Eu has short enongh alpha decay half-life to show the decay. 129.104.65.7 (talk) 15:23, 1 February 2024 (UTC)
- Even 189Ir may have an alpha-decay half-life of as long as ~1014.36 years. 188Ir may have an alpha-decay half-life of only ~108.64 years, though. ~2025-34979-90 (talk) 09:59, 20 November 2025 (UTC)
Beta decays starting at 192Ir
[edit]I think that starting at 192Ir, Decay modes specified as β should be specified as β-. There are 15 of them. Michel Béliveau (talk) 17:23, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
Excitation energy - minor display corrections
[edit]For the following isomers of Iridium, there is a missing ";" in the excitation energy field that prevent capturing the Energy unit.
They are 170m, 171m, 197m2, 197m3, 202m and 203m
Thank you Michel Béliveau (talk) 20:16, 30 May 2026 (UTC)
