Ishpuini of Urartu → Ishpuini – I can't find any other topics titled "Ishpuini", so the current title is needless WP:OVERPRECISION. Additionally, a check of Ngrams suggests that the "Ishpuini" spelling is likely the WP:COMMONNAME among English-language sources.
