I have ported this article over to Wikipedia's baby brother, Citizendium, http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Irene_Kuo#The_Key_to_Chinese_Cooking where I have done some minor editing to it AND have added four photographs -- one of Irene Kuo, from the dust jacket, and three of dishes that I have personally cooked using her recipes. I work mostly in Citizendium these days, (I used to edit here extensively in the early days of Wikipedia) but I could upload these same photos and put them into the WP article IF you felt that it would be worthwhile.
