• There are several cases where you have introduced characters full names and continue to do so: "While the Underwoods argue about returned Billy Underwood...", "He believes Ronald Purnell, a delinquent", then a line later, "Doggett questions Ronald Purnell outside" As you have introduced them before, it is fine to use his last name thereafter.
