Dear Fellow Editors, The IRS building's official street address is 1111 Constitution Ave, NW. The Constitution Avenue entrance side is where the Oliver Wendel Holmes quote is located. As a cite, see the paperwork reduction act notice in the instructions of every tax form. Do not send completed tax forms to this address because it will cause a delay in processing refunds.
