Benefits of touch

Hi! I do not have time+energy to dig up adequate sources & redact info for Wikipedia right now, nor can I make promises for the near future, so I'm leaving a note in case someone is watching the talk page and wants to look into it: the Benefits of touch section would benefit (hah) from being expended with substantially more information on the consequences of lack of touch.
