Disambiguation / Redirect

- Indian Ink, a disambiguation page linking to Indian Ink (play) and Indian Ink (art) (article doesn't exist).
- Indian ink, an article about the ink.
- Indian Ink (play), an article about the play.
- India ink, a redirect to Indian ink.
I think Indian Ink, a disambiguation page, should instead be a redirect to Indian ink since it differs only in capitalization. To offset the removal of the disambiguation page, I've added disambiguation top links to Indian ink and Indian Ink (play). I do not think a full-blown disambiguation page is necessary.
The old disambiguation page has been moved to Indian Ink/disambiguation. It can be moved to Indian Ink (disambiguation) is anyone believes it necessary.
