She was a resident of the Russian Empire who moved abroad. She did not even move to Denmark initially. She moved to Sweden. Whether she was in Sweden long enough to he in the Immigrants to Sweden Category 7s hard to say. We categorize emigrants by the country thry left, not by ethnicity. So was not a national if Finland, there was no country of Finland at the time. It was a multi-stage migration so we should not muddy the legs. Thus we should place her in emigrants from the Russian Empire, Immigrants to Denmark and maybe Immigrants to Sweden.
