I have 2 comments on this article, 1) global warming is a bad example of a quick timeframe impact, a better example would be a terrorist attack or something 2) the pre-fiat / post-fiat distinction is useless- i recommend that should be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nbashaw (talk • contribs) 14:43, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
