Two comments:

First, this page should be linked to the ILO main page.

Second, a picture or two of the radiographic abnormalities would make the article more interesting.

Error regarding B readers? The current article says that "the 'B' reader program ([is] named because of the Black lung or Coal Workers' X-ray Surveillance Program)." I think this is an error. NIOSH uses two terms, A readers and B readers. To become a B reader, a physician must both (1) take an approved class in applying the ILO Classification, and (2) pass the B reader certification exam. An A reader is a physician who has taken the class, but either has not taken, or has taken but not passed, the exam. Note that at least currently, B reader certification lapses after a number of years, and each physician must pass the test again to maintain certification. I'm not sure whether a former B reader whose certification has lapsed is properly called a A reader, in other words, whether re-taking the class is necessary to be an A reader.  Preceding unsigned comment added by N'Awlins Contrarian (talkcontribs) 19:31, 9 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
