There seems to be no official site for the essay itself. However, digital packrats have filed away a table of contents for the issue of Electronic Publishing in which the essay was published, as well as a PDF of the essay itself. Jslabovitz 15:20, 29 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Could someone more familiar with this elaborate on how it is that "Little is known about the composition algorithm" if Thành made a "detailed analysis" of it for his doctoral dissertation?
