Did you? Currently, the article has more errors than acceptable: There are mutations leading to a mitochondrial mistargeting of AGT, but any mutation inhbiting the activity of the enzyme would lead to PH1, because the accumuation of glyoxylate triggers the formation of oxalate, this is largely (but not entirely) independent of the localisation of the enzyme! 82squaremetres (talk) 07:07, 13 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
