Margaliot

[edit]

It's a Moshav, not a kibbutz. I can't edit the article since I'm a new editor. Thank you. גיאחה (talk) 03:25, 25 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

I agree and I changed it. Should be cited, though.
: Thank you. I'm not sure where to cite from; as it's right on the Wikipedia page. גיאחה (talk) 02:54, 29 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Link to Reference #21 is no longer valid & has been deleted by the Wayback Machine. Here is a link to the full document:

https://ecf.org.il/media_items/1088

It's recommended to keep the Wayback Machine reference+link AND add the link to the full document. The Reference to the full document should state that the information is available on document page #107 which is PDF page #117.

Therefore, please change Reference #21

from "21. ^ Mills, 1932, p. 107"
to "21. ^ Mills, 1932, p. 107, (Full Document PDF p.117, Original p. 107").

Historically part of Jabel Amil

[edit]

Part of the Jabal Amel community. Not really a Palestinian depopulated village but rather a Lebanese one forcefully taken and moved. Lebanesebebe123 (talk) 03:12, 16 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

7 Lebanese villages

[edit]

Should be mentioned in the intro. It is heavily contested as Lebanese land in the modern era. Should be included in the misleading intro. Lebanesebebe123 (talk) 03:14, 16 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Cause(s) of depopulation

[edit]

The "Cause(s) of depopulation" in the introducing table states "Evacuation orders from Arab/Lebanese authorities Secondary cause fear of being caught up in the fighting; expulsion by Yishuv forces"
But this is not at all congruent with the sourced text in the article. It looks suspiciously more like added Israeli propaganda. Minorities observer (talk) 05:13, 19 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
