Mixup with another Hezekiah Balch?

This article references the book "Genealogy of the Balch families in America" by Galusha Balch. However, the book seems to be referencing a completely different Hezekiah Balch, one with a different birth year, death year, and middle name. If this is in fact a different person, then several facts in this article are incorrect.
